Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kèlèsh, we want you to feel confident wearing your Kèlèsh armor. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at keleshbrand@icloud.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will review your request and send you a return shipping label along with instructions. Returns are sent to:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at keleshbrand@icloud.com if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  Custom or personalized products

  Sale or final-sale items

  Gift cards

  Any items that have been worn or washed (especially important for our premium embroidery and DTG prints)

Care Note for Embroidery & DTG Prints

Our garments feature delicate premium embroidery on the front and DTG prints on the back. To preserve quality, please follow the care instructions included with your item. Returns due to damage from improper washing or care will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right size or color is to return the item you have (following the process above) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original unworn/unused condition with tags and original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
