Thank you for shopping with Kèlèsh! We’re excited to get your Kèlèsh armor to you as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes) within the United States. This applies automatically at checkout.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items in the We Red-y Collection are made to order with premium embroidery on the front and DTG printing on the back.

  Orders are processed and fulfilled by our partner Printful within 3–7 business days.

  Once fulfilled, your order is shipped directly from Printful’s facility.

Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical estimates after fulfillment are:

  United States: 3–7 business days (free on orders over $100)

  Canada: 5–10 business days

  Europe / UK: 6–12 business days

  Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days

  International: 10–20+ business days

Note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

For orders under $100 in the US, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Orders & Duties/Taxes

For international orders, duties, import taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout where Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is available (currently supported for Canada, the UK, and select other regions via our live shipping rates).

This means you pay everything upfront with no surprise charges upon delivery. In regions where DDP is not yet available, you may still be responsible for any local customs duties or taxes collected by your country’s authorities.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has been sent to Printful for fulfillment. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at keleshbrand@icloud.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at keleshbrand@icloud.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.
